Ron K. Labrum

Ron K. Labrum

President and Chief Executive Officer

Ron K. Labrum brings extensive leadership experience to the principal position at Fenwal. He was previously chairman and CEO of Cardinal Health’s $70 billion Supply Chain Services group, and  held top-tier posts with Allegiance Healthcare Corporation and Baxter International.  Mr. Labrum began his career with American Hospital Supply Corporation in 1982.

 

 

William H. Cork

Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

William H. Cork is a strong and experienced leader with deep knowledge of advanced molecular science, software development and transfusion medicine. Before joining Fenwal, he served as chief technology officer and vice president of research and development for Illinois-based Nanosphere Inc., a position he held since 2001. Prior to this, Mr. Cork was vice president of research and development for Fenwal, where he led the development and global commercialization of platelet and cell-collection technologies, including the Fenwal Amicus™ and CS-3000™ systems. A seasoned technology leader, Mr. Cork has numerous innovations, inventions and patents to his name.

 

 

Jo Anne Fasetti

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Jo Anne Fasetti's experience leading human resources teams and initiatives in health care spans more than 20 years. She held a number of top-level positions at Baxter International, Allegiance Corporation and Cardinal Health. Before joining Fenwal, she led Human Resources for a $7.2 billion company with 8,500 employees. In partnering with the executive team, she helped to drive the strategic and operating agendas and achieve significant financial results. As a member of Cardinal Health's supply-chain services executive committee, Ms. Fasetti worked on organizational design and change management for the integration of the company's 2 largest segments.

 

 

Geoffrey D. Fenton

Senior Vice President, Global Communications

Geoffrey D. Fenton brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications at Fortune 100 health care companies to his role as Fenwal's senior vice president, Global Communications. He is responsible for public relations, employee communications, global branding, financial and marketing communications. Prior to joining Fenwal, Mr. Fenton was a senior vice president, Global Communications, for Cardinal Health, where he led employee and external communications for the company's operating segments. He has held communications roles of increasing responsibility at Baxter International and Allegiance Corporation, and has launched a successful independent communications consultancy.

 

 

Angela Goodwin

Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Angie Goodwin is responsible for Information Technology strategy and tools that support success as an independent company with a goal of integrating Fenwal information systems to better support our customers. She is also responsible for leading the company’s operations in Europe and the Middle East.  Ms. Goodwin brings a wealth of multinational IT strategy experience to Fenwal, most recently with Atos Origin. Her career includes implementing best-in-class solutions for ERP systems and operations, IT services, process improvements, and organizational effectiveness on a global scale.

 

 

Dean A. Gregory

Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations

Dean A. Gregory is senior vice president, Commercial Operations, for Fenwal.  He is responsible for global sales, marketing, technical and clinical services, corporate strategy and business development.  He has been with Fenwal for more than 20 years, in commercial roles of increasing responsibility on a global scale. 

 

 

Michael L. Johnson

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Michael L. Johnson is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Fenwal.  He is responsible for all financial operations and reporting.  Mr. Johnson joined Fenwal in 2007 from Dade Behring Inc., a global medical diagnostics company, where he was vice president and corporate controller.  Mr. Johnson has more than 25 years of experience in financial and operating roles at major corporations, including Wilson Sporting Goods, FMC Corporation and Beatrice Companies.  He is a certified public accountant and is also certified in production and inventory management.

 

 

Tony Orsini

Senior Vice President, Corporate Operations

Tony Orsini joined Fenwal in 2007 following leadership roles in global manufacturing and supply chain operations at DIAM USA and Hill-Rom. As chief operating officer for DIAM USA and, prior to that, as senior vice president, global operations and engineering for Hill-Rom, Mr. Orsini led performance improvement teams through large-scale technical evaluations and re-engineering implementations.

 

 

Christopher S. Visick

Chief Legal Officer

Christopher S. Visick is chief legal officer for Fenwal.  He is responsible for all legal affairs.  He joined Fenwal in 2007 from General Electric Corporation, where he was acting general counsel for the company’s global diagnostics imaging business.  Mr. Visick has more than 20 years of experience in legal roles of increasing responsibility supporting GE’s health care units, as well as senior counsel positions at Georgia-Pacific Corporation, and as an attorney at two international law firms.
