This position is located in our corporate office in Lake Zurich, IL

We currently have an excellent opportunity in our Engineering Department for a Sr Systems Engineer. 

System analysis and investigative testing of blood collection/component treatment medical devices for purpose of verification and validation of Hardware and Software functioning. 
Formulate and update appropriate test methods/protocols to test system against existing and evolving design requirements.
Provide analysis and reports, as needed, of system requirements, tracing, and coverage.

• A minimum of 3-5 years systems engineering experience in complex electromechanical and/or software systems development, service, or manufacturing.
• At least a B.S. in a science or engineering discipline.
• Device/system design and project development experience through development phases and product launch.
• Systems-level verification and validation or qualification experience desired.
• Should have some familiarity with varied regulatory/testing agencies and publications.
Skills/Characteristics Desired:
Must be able to interact effectively with varied engineering disciplines, communicate clearly, and be “hands-on” in a development lab environment for test case development and execution.
Must be comfortable working with computer interfaces, data files, and design requirements.
Must be detail-oriented, methodical, and able to focus in a dynamic environment under pressure and time constraints.
