Benefits and Rewards

Globally, compensation and benefit programs may vary, but they are designed to be competitive in each specific region. Fenwal’s total compensation package includes base salary, benefit programs, and incentive opportunities where practical and market driven.

U.S. Benefits
The following benefits are offered to Fenwal employees in the U.S. who are scheduled to work 24 hours or more per week. Refer to plan documentation for complete information about benefit programs, which may be subject to change.

Health: Fenwal offers a choice of medical and dental plans (elected separately). Certain medical options provide vision services to plan participants. In addition, discounts on eye exams, glasses and contact lenses are available to all Fenwal employees regardless of medical plan election. Medical and dental coverage begins immediately upon hire.

Flexible Spending Accounts: Fenwal offers both Healthcare and Dependent Day Care Reimbursement Accounts which allow you to set aside pre-tax pay to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses.

Income Protection Benefits: Fenwal offers Life, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Business Travel Insurance at no cost to you. Supplemental coverage may be purchased, including Dependent Life and Long-Term Care Insurance. Certain requirements may apply.

Retirement: Fenwal offers a 401(k) savings plan which allows you to make before-tax contributions as well as provides a Company Match for a percentage of your contributions. In addition, depending on company profitability, Fenwal may make a profit-sharing contribution. Both employee and Fenwal contributions are immediately vested. New employees can enroll in the plan the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Work/Life benefits: Fenwal offers additional benefits including Vacation, Holiday and Sick time off with pay. Adoption services, Employee Assistance and Tuition Reimbursement programs are available. Work/life services may be available, depending on the location. Fenwal’s Lake Zurich, IL, headquarters offers a variety of services including onsite childcare, fitness center, cafeteria, dry cleaning service and free access to a member credit union for banking services.
