Ron K.Labrum brings extensive leadership experience to the principal position at Fenwal. As chairman and CEO at Cardinal Health in their $70 billion Supply Chain Services group, he built a solid foundation of executive administration and management. He has held various top-tier posts with Allegiance Healthcare Corporation, and he began his career with American Hospital Supply Corporation in 1982 (which became part of Baxter Healthcare in 1985). His last post at Baxter was as president of the southwest region.
William is a strong and experienced leader with deep knowledge of advanced molecular science, software development and transfusion medicine. Before joining Fenwal, William served as chief technology officer and vice president of research and development for Illinois-based Nanosphere Inc., a position he held since 2001. Prior to that, he was vice president of research and development for the Fenwal business at Baxter where he led the development and global commercialization of platelet and cell-collection technologies, including Fenwal’s Amicus™ and CS-3000™ separator portfolios. A seasoned technology leader, William has numerous innovations, inventions and patents to his name.
Jo Anne Fasetti's vast experience leading human resources strategies and initiatives spans over 20 years in the health care sector. She has held a number of top-level positions at Baxter, Allegiance Healthcare, and Cardinal Health. Most recently she led the human resources team for a $7.2 billion company with 8500 employees. In partnering with the executive team, she helped to drive the strategic and operating agendas and achieve significant financial results. As a member of Cardinal Health's supply-chain services executive committee, Fasetti worked on organizational design and change management for the integration of the company's 2 largest segments.
Geoffrey Fenton brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications at Fortune 100 health care companies to his role as Fenwal's senior vice president, Global Communications. He is responsible for public relations, employee communications, global branding, financial and marketing communications. Prior to joining Fenwal, Fenton was a senior vice president, Global Communications, for Cardinal Health, where he led employee and external communications for the company's operating segments. He also has held communications roles of increasing responsibility at Baxter International and Allegiance Corporation, and has launched a successful independent communications consultancy.
Angie Goodwin is responsible for Information Technology strategy and tools that support success as an independent company with a goal of integrating Fenwal’s information systems to better support our customers. Angie brings a wealth of multinational IT strategy experience to Fenwal, most recently with Atos Origin, Fenwal’s SAP implementation partner. Her experience includes implementing best-in-class solutions for ERP implementations and operations, IT services, process improvements, and organizational effectiveness on a global scale.
Dean Gregory held the position of vice president of strategy, business development, and ROW marketing for Fenwal's business while supporting Canada, Asia Pacific, and Latin America in the development of their business models. During his nearly 20 years in transfusion medicine with Fenwal, he has led marketing and sales and business strategy and development on a global scale.
Michael Johnson has served in a succession of senior leadership roles for a variety of companies, most recently Dade Behring Inc. Over the years, while in the roles of vice president and corporate controller, he gained invaluable experience running global operations and supply chain from the financial management perspective. Johnson is a certified public accountant and is also certified in production and inventory management.
Doug Newlin’s product development experience includes building and developing R&D organizations that deliver products from concept to customer. He has more than 25 years of experience driving innovation at Fenwal and other leading organizations, including Bell Laboratories, Motorola, 3Com, and Baxter International.
Tony Orsini brings extensive experience in planning, implementing, and controlling global manufacturing and supply-chain operations from his roles at DIAM USA and Hill-Rom. As chief operating officer for DIAM USA and, prior to that, as senior vice president, global operations and engineering, for Hill-Rom, Orsini has a proven track record of improving performance through process re-engineering and large-scale technical evaluation and implementation.
Christopher Visick has vast expertise in overseeing the legal affairs of global corporations. He has served as acting general counsel to General Electric Healthcare's Global Diagnostic Imaging business, and he provided general legal support for the company's Services and X-Ray businesses. Previously, Visick held many senior counsel positions with the Georgia-Pacific Corporation.
