Grant Requests

Fenwal is committed to supporting institutions and programs that help to improve health-care outcomes, particularly those that support innovative blood therapies and a safe and available blood supply.

To request a grant:

• Complete the Fenwal Grant Request Form
• Submit the form via email to Grants.Request@Fenwalinc.com or by fax to 847-550-2959. 

Following receipt of the completed application form, Fenwal Grant Committee will review the request for consistency with Fenwal's charitable objectives as well as legal and other requirements. Upon completion of the review process, the applicant will receive a letter to notify him or her of the grant award decision. Applicants should expect a response within sixty (60) calendar days.

Fenwal cannot grant all requests and generally will not fund the same program or charity in consecutive years.
